ITC was established in Ankara on 25 June 1998 to provide management consultancy and training services.

The founder of the company, Dr. Cem Dener, has substantially contributed to multidisciplinary corporate and academic projects as a researcher, manager and consultant. Dr. Dener specialized in aero/mechanical engineering (gas turbine technology, geometry modeling & grid generation for computational fluid dynamics applications) and complex system solutions based on object-oriented programming between 1982-1998.

The consultancy and training services provided between 1998-2004 were focused on public financial management reforms, e-Government solutions and international business development.

Since August 2004, Dr. Dener is contributing to the design and implementation of public financial management and e-Government / GovTech solutions, change management in the public sector, and international knowledge sharing and learning activities at the World Bank. ITC web site presents the professional services provided and the innovative solutions developed until 2004.
